When BluBinder founder Liesl Leach needed a Power of Attorney to manage her mother's care, the process was overwhelming: complex forms, in-person meetings and family members living in different places. She founded BluBinder so families could do it all online.

What I built

I worked on BluBinder's web front end, turning a complex legal process into a guided experience:

  • Step-by-step flows. Plain-language guidance through each stage of setting up a Power of Attorney for finances.
  • Trust by design. A calm, secure-feeling interface for older users and their families.
  • Works anywhere. A responsive build for family members wherever they live.

The result

What used to mean paperwork and appointments became something a family can complete remotely, quickly and securely.
